Research means suitable to your requirements

Caussade Semences cereals breeders’ teams in France are dispatched in 2 research sites (Réclainville, 28 and Cayrac 82) which have more than 30 hectares of trials and nurseries.

The most recent technologies are carried out like the genes‘research of specific resistances by molecular marking.

To check that harvest will reply to the requirements of different fields, Caussade Semences pursues also numerous technological analyses on its varieties.

To make sure that varieties are adapted to your type of fields and climate conditions, Caussade Semences' teams have not only research sites but also trials areas all over France and Europe.

The Development department collects trials’ results which are integrated in the data base of CS PRO EXPE software. It enables to evaluate the behaviour of our varieties treated or untreated, their diseases resistances to fusarium, lodging...

Moreover we have set up sites with CETAC and our partners to carry out tests to control the conditions of their regions.

Thanks to these various trials, about ten varieties are registered every year in different countries (France, Germany, Italy, Eastern European countries…)
